Fall Prime Softball - Fall 2025

HEAD COACH - click the "ENROLL" button to register your team & begin forming your team roster. Once you establish your team roster, the system will send an automated email to your players' parents asking them to register their kid on your team. 

PARENTS - DO NOT click the enroll button - this process is for the head coach only.  You will receive an email with a link to register your child to be on this team once the coach has added them to the roster.

Team Frequently Asked Questions
  • What is the cost?: 6U & 8U: $875 10U & Older: $975
  • Does it cost anything to pre-register?: No. It is free to save a spot and get your team on the Who's Coming List.
  • When is money due?: The day after registration ends.
  • When does season start?: Early September 2025
  • When does season end?: Depending on weather, we strive to have all league play completed by mid May.
  • Do you offer DH's?: No
  • Do you accept requests?: If you get your request submitted prior to schedule posting we will try our hardest to accommodate.
  • What sanctioning body do you follow?: USA Softball
  • What is age cutoff?: August 31, 2025
  • What is the format of the league?: 10 game season + playoff for top 4 teams in each division.
  • Do you offer awards?: Yes. For the 1st and 2nd place teams in playoff tournament.
  • Do you provide uniforms?: No. Teams provide their own uniforms.
  • Do you provide team insurance?: No. Teams are required to provide their own team insurance?
  • What are game times?: All games start at 6 PM. The second game is scheduled to begin 15 minutes after conclusion of first game.
  • Does BYA provide game balls?: Yes. BYA provides game balls for all games.
  • Is their a fundraiser?: Yes, but the cost is built into the team fee. Each play will receive a booklet of raffles tickets they can sell to get $30 back. If all players sell tickets, it can reimburse your team by $360.
  • Can individual players register?: No. Only Coaches will register teams. They will have to add you to their roster.
  • How many players does a team need?: You can Carry up to 15 players, but need 10 to play. Rosters will have to be submitted prior to the season starting. After that, no pick up players will be available to be added.
  • What are Game Days: Tuesday and Thursday Play only. We use Wednesday as rainout makeup or reschedule towards the end if the season, which ever best presents field availability. NO WEEKEND PLAY.
