BYA Refund Policy

(All sports except Football & Cheer)

  • BYA will refund 100% of your registration pre-draft.
  • BYA will refund 50% of your registration post draft.
  • BYA will refund 0% of your registration fees after the season (first game) has started.

  • BYA will refund 100% of your registration pre-draft.
  • BYA will refund 0% of your registration post draft.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND REQUEST IN A TIMELY MANNER.

STEP 1 FILL OUT THIS FORM AND SUBMIT.

STEP 2 SELECT WHICH FORM OF REFUND YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE

  • BY DEFAULT, ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BACK TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT.
  • YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO HAVE YOUR REFUND ISSUED AS A CREDIT IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO BE USED AS A CREDIT TOWARD ANOTHER/FUTURE REGISTRATION.

STEP 3 BYA RECEIVES FORM AND GETS AUTHORIZATION FROM THE SPORT DIRECTOR TO PROCESS REFUND.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS TO PROCESS THE REFUND REQUEST. 

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM THE SYSTEM WHEN THE REFUND HAS BEEN PROCESSED.
