"Pitch in for a Cause" Coaches/Volunteers Softball Game - Fall 2025

Join us for the BYA Coaches/Volunteers Softball Game(s) at Chisenhall Fields (Chisenhall Park Ln, Burleson, TX 76028) on Friday, November 14th from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM!

Teams will either play one or two games, depending on number of registrants. Must be registered and active Fall 2025 Softball/Baseball BYA volunteer, coach, or team parent to participate.

We will be collecting canned goods/non-perishable foods to donate to the Burleson Harvest House!

Cheer - Basketball - Fall 2025

Cheerleaders will be cheering at Basketball games throughout the Fall 2025 season.  Registration fee includes shirt and poms.

Buddy Basketball - Fall 2025

Buddy Ball is a program designed exclusively for players age 5 and up with special needs. Use the button below to register players ages 5-19.  To register players age 20 and up, please email buddyball@bya.org.

Prime Basketball - Fall 2025

Grades: 3rd thru 7th

HEAD COACH - click the "REGISTER" button to register your team begin forming your team roster. Once you establish your team roster, the system will send an automated email to your players' parents asking them to enroll their players on your team. 

PARENTS - DO NOT click the Register button - this process is for Team Coaches only.  You will receive an email with a link to click on to register your player to be on your Coaches Team.

Volunteer Badge - Annual 2025

Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Parents - click the "VOLUNTEER"  button to register using the program titled "2025 Volunteer Badge".  Your badge is good from Jan 1st to Dec 31st of the current year. You only need to do this once per year. 

After you have registered for your Volunteer Badge and paid the $10 background check fee, you will receive an order receipt to your email that will have your unique link to run your background check at the bottom.  The link is good for 72 hours.

Committee Member Badge - Annual 2025

Umpires Only Background Check - Annual 2025

Umpires Only - click the "VOLUNTEER" button, fill in the drop-down boxes, then click add enrollment, and proceed to checkout. Go to the confirmation email and scroll down to the link that says, "Click Here To Run Your Background". The background check is good from Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2025.
