Volunteer Badge - Annual 2025

Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Team Parents - click the "VOLUNTEER"  button to register using the program titled "2025 Volunteer Badge".  Your badge is good from Jan 1st to Dec 31st of the current year. You only need to do this once per year. 

After you have registered for your Volunteer Badge and paid the $10 background check fee, you will receive an order receipt to your email that will have your unique link to run your background check at the bottom.  The link is good for 72 hours.

Committee Member Badge - Annual 2025

BYA Committee Members - click the "VOLUNTEER" button to register for your 2025 Committee Member Badge.

This option is only for current BYA Committee Members that are active on a sport committee.

Umpires Only Background Check - Annual 2025

Umpires Only - click the "VOLUNTEER" button, fill in the drop-down boxes, then click add enrollment, and proceed to checkout. Go to the confirmation email and scroll down to the link that says, "Click Here To Run Your Background". The background check is good from Jan. 1, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2025.
