Season:
Spring Program: 12 Games. Game days are Tuesday and Thursday. No Weekend play!
Fall Program: 8 games. Game days are Wednesday only.
The Spring and Fall programs will have an end of season playoff for the top 4 teams in each division.
Awards: Rings are awarded for players only for 1st and 2nd place in playoff tournament.
Practices:
Teams are free to practice as much as they deem needed.

We Background Check ALL Coaches & BYA Board Members:
We require all BYA coaches and board members to go through a yearly background check process.

WHAT FORMAT IS THE prime PROGRAM (AGE GROUP BREAKDOWN)?
The prime league will use the following age group breakdown: 6u, 7U, 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U, High School (If enough interest/talent)
CAN I BRING AN ENTIRE TEAM OF PLAYERS AND FORM MY OWN prime TEAM AND PLAY UNDER THE bYA BANNER?
yes.
are their any boundary requirements for prime teams?
sort of. any team may have players from any part of the metroplex. however, any player that resides outside the city limits of burleson will be subject to the $2 non resident fee we are to collect on behalf of the city. read below for more information on the non resident fee.
WILL THE prime TEAMS BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL STAR TOURNAMENTS?
No.
WHAT DAYS OF THE WEEK, HOW MANY GAMES, WHERE WILL THEY BE PLAYED?
Spring season - tuesday & Thursday nights 12 games, ½ of the games will be played at byA and the other ½ will be at a neighboring team’s field. (Schedule is subject to change year to year)
Fall season - wednesday nights (single games),8 games.
HOW MUCH DOES prime COST?
Typical expense of a season (Fall or Spring) on average is $450* including uniform expense. *Most of this can be offset by SPONSORSHIP and fundraisers.
Are there tryouts?
No. players will need to seek out and find a select team to play on. here is a link teams use to advertise and players use to find teams looking for players.
